Prepare step by step

  1. Ask what you are agreeing to

    Confirm the share, joining charges, service requirements and member responsibilities. Ask for information you can review later.

  2. Understand how information is provided

    Ask when and how members receive decisions, tariffs, meeting information and changes to the rules.

  3. Follow up in writing

    When you have a concern, record the date, what you asked and the response. Ask how to follow up and when to expect a reply.
