Is it membership, saving or understanding a service? Choose your main question and two other things you want explained.
Confirm before travelling
Use the SACCO contact information on the Contact page. Ask about the address, opening hours, whether an appointment is needed and documents relevant to your purpose.
Make room for the answers
Bring paper or a notebook. Record the date, explanations and next step. Ask for anything unclear to be explained again before you leave.
